Revenue from operations rose 16.01% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1,049.76 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 66.33 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26, up 7.27% YoY.

During the quarter, EBITDA marginally rose 0.84% YoY to Rs 100.07 crore while EBITDA margin stood at 9.57%.

The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each (150%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid to members whose names appear in the register of members as on September 11, 2026, the record date fixed for the purpose.

Subros was incorporated in 1985 as a joint venture public limited company with Suri family of India (36.79% ownership), Denso Corporation, Japan (20% ownership) & Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan (11.96% ownership). It is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying Auto Air Conditioning products for all major Automakers in Passenger and Commercial Vehicle Space.

Subros announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Subros announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 18 September 2026.

Net profit of Subros rose 6.77% to Rs 49.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.55% to Rs 1049.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 908.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 10.04% to Rs 165.65 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 150.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.52% to Rs 3755.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3367.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
