Steelcast has fixed 24 July 2026 as record date for purpose of final dividend for FY2026.

Steelcast announced that the 55th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 29 July 2026.

Steelcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.54 per equity Share (i.e. 54%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Steelcast declined 13.41% to Rs 23.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 26.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 6.38% to Rs 112.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 120.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 20.30% to Rs 86.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 72.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 13.33% to Rs 423.17 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 373.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
