Located in Singapore's Central Business District, the fully serviced office space is housed within the LEED Gold and Green Mark Gold-certified Manulife Tower. The facility is designed to cater to a range of enterprises, including multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Fortune 500 companies and high-growth businesses.

The new centre is situated above the Telok Ayer MRT station and is within walking distance of Raffles Place MRT, providing connectivity to major commercial hubs.

Smartworks said the facility will offer managed workspace solutions, including customised office design, fit-outs, meeting rooms and collaboration zones.

The addition strengthens the company's Singapore portfolio, which already includes centres at Great Eastern Centre and Keppel Bay Tower.

Smartworks is India's largest managed office platform by total area under management, with a footprint of ~16.1 million square feet across 66 centres in 15 cities across India and Singapore, as on 31 March 2026.

The company reported consolidated net profit of Rs 16.6 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with net loss of Rs 8.30 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations jumped 44.99% YoY to Rs 519.68 crore in Q4 March 2026.

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has expanded its presence in Singapore through its wholly owned subsidiary Smartworks Space, with the addition of a new managed office space at Manulife Tower in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District (CBD).

With this addition, the company's total footprint in Singapore grows to over 50,000 sq. ft., underscoring its commitment to delivering world-class managed workspace solutions across the city-state.

The new fully serviced office space spans over 15,000 sq. ft. within the LEED Gold and Green Mark Gold certified Manulife Tower, designed to serve the full spectrum of enterprises - from high-growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Strategically positioned directly above Telok Ayer MRT station and within a five-minute walk of Raffles Place MRT, the office space places members within easy reach of a wide range of dining options, retail outlets, and wellness facilities, including gyms and fitness studios in the immediate vicinity.

Smartworks Coworking Spaces (Smartworks) has leased over 400 seats to a Japanese NBFC subsidiary in Mumbai. The five-year engagement is estimated to generate rental revenue of Rs 35 Crore.

Revenue from operations jumped 44.99% YoY to Rs 519.68 crore in the quarter ended 31st March 2026.

The company reported pre-tax profit of Rs 22.24 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with pre-tax loss of Rs 4.94 crore in Q4 FY25. Normalised EBITDA stood at Rs 99 crore during the quarter, up 71% YoY.

In Q4 FY26, total footprint (including LOIs) stood at 16.1 million sq ft across 66 centres in 15 cities (including Singapore), up 37% YoY.

On annual basis, the company reported consolidated net profit of Rs 10.52 crore in Q4 FY26 comparedwith net loss of Rs 63.17 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations jumped 30.69% to Rs 1,795.80 crore in FY26 compared with Rs 1,374.05 crore in FY25.

On outlook front, the company enters FY27 with a strong multi-year contracted rental revenue visibility of more than Rs 5,200 crore. It added that the structural outlook for the sector remains strong, India's office market absorbed a record 83 million square feet in 2025, with Q1 calendar 2026 clocking the highest first-quarter gross leasing ever recorded.
