Sales rose 33.07% to Rs 134.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 100.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 32.53% to Rs 65.02 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 49.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 31.79% to Rs 492.48 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 373.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Sirca Paints India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
