Net profit of SignatureGlobal India reported to Rs 2.13 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against net loss of Rs 44.96 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales rose 53.86% to Rs 281.81 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 183.16 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.

Sequentially, pre-sales jumped by 28.63% from Rs 981.61 crore posted in Q2 FY24. The company has planned significant launches in the current quarter basis acquisitions of land as already announced.

The company sold 1,179 units as of 31 December 2023 as against 1,089 units recorded in the corresponding period last year (up 8.26% YoY and up 11.01% QoQ).

The company’s sale bookings increased 19.09% to 1.31 million square feet (mn. Sq ft.) in Q3 FY24 from 1.10 mn. Sq ft in Q3 FY23 and 0.98 mn. Sq ft in Q2 FY24.

The collections amount stood at Rs 769.05 crore as on 31 December 2023, (up 45.91% YoY and up 6.28% QoQ). The company expects collections for FY24 to be significantly higher than FY23.

On nine month basis, the company's pre sales jumped 41.38% to Rs 3,124.12 crore in 9M FY24 as against Rs 2,209.78 crore recorded in corresponding quarter previous year.

Sales realization for 9MFY24 was approximately Rs 9,800 per sq. ft. in comparison to realization of approximately Rs 7,500 per sq. ft. in 9MFY23.

The company’s net debt declined 5.90% to Rs 835.46 crore in 9M FY24 from Rs 887.88 crore recorded in 9M FY23.

Signature Global is a publicly-held real estate development company in India. It was established in 2014 and is headquartered in Gurgaon, Delhi. It operates in the residential and commercial sectors and has developed projects in Delhi-NCR region.
