Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd surged 11.73% to Rs 725.9 at 11:46 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 17.12 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 3.29 lakh shares in the past one month.

Refex Industries Ltd spiked 9.20% to Rs 277.75. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 22.65 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.18 lakh shares in the past one month.

Transformers & Rectifiers India Ltd soared 8.21% to Rs 304.45. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 23.29 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 5.78 lakh shares in the past one month.

Ion Exchange (India) Ltd advanced 8.06% to Rs 379.45. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 47217 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12861 shares in the past one month.

Aarti Industries Ltd spurt 6.53% to Rs 380.05. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 4.77 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 60062 shares in the past one month.

In an exchange filing, the company said it received a work order valued at Rs 71.25 crore from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of 2,033 stand-alone off-grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS). These systems will be deployed across Madhya Pradesh under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme and are scheduled to be executed within 120 days.

The company also stated that neither its promoters nor promoter-group members have any interest in the awarding entity, confirming that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings as per regulatory norms.

In a separate filing, the company announced its second order worth Rs 23.98 crore from JREDA. The order involves the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of 1,200 Solar Water Pumping Systems (SWPS) across various locations in Jharkhand, also under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme. This project will be executed within 120 days. As with the previous contract, the company confirmed no related-party involvement.

Shakti Pumps (India) manufactures solar pumps, energy-efficient stainless-steel submersible pumps, pressure booster pumps, pump motors, and other products.

The company?s consolidated net profit declined 10.56% to Rs 90.71 crore in Q2 FY26 compared with Rs 101.42 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations rose 5% YoY to Rs 666.35 crore in Q2 Sept 2025.

Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency has given Letter of Award for 1,200 Nos. of Solar Water Pumping Systems (SWPS) at various locations across the state of Jharkhand under Component-B of PM-KUSUM scheme. The total amount of the order value is for around Rs. 23.98 crore (inclusive of GST).
