The agreement is valid through the end of 2027, with potential for extension based on mutual agreement and project requirements. This marks the second order from the same customer, demonstrating the strength of the relationship and continued confidence in Lumel SA's capabilities and solutions.

This strategic engagement follows several months of collaborative development and engineering between the teams at Lumel SA and the German partner, resulting in tailored solutions designed to address specific technical and operational requirements of the energy sector. Rishabh Instruments has allotted 6,191 equity shares under ESOP on 03 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,85,52,204 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up aggregating to Rs. 38,55,22,040/-.

Rishabh Instruments has allotted 3,100 equity shares under ESOP on 23 March 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,85,46,013 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up aggregating to Rs. 38,54,60,130/-
