Reliance Infrastructure announced that as a step to participate in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and allied new-age technologies, has through its subsidiaries, undertaken certain enabling steps to incorporate AI and related technology-driven activities within its business framework.

Pursuant thereto, relevant objects covering Artificial Intelligence and technology-enabled services have been incorporated including adoption of the following new names of the subsidiaries:

1. Reliance AI World Private Limited,
2. Reliance AI Apex Private Limited, and
3. Reliance AI One Private Limited.

Net profit of Reliance Infrastructure declined 79.07% to Rs 918.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4387.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.60% to Rs 4001.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4108.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 41.26% to Rs 2900.23 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4937.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 13.36% to Rs 20440.53 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 23591.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Net profit of Reliance Infrastructure reported to Rs 11.12 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net loss of Rs 3298.35 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales declined 14.63% to Rs 4296.52 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 5032.55 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
