The contract is for the development, operation, and maintenance of the High-Tech Pharmaceutical Park in Dighi Port Industrial Area, Mangaon and Roha Taluk, Raigad District, on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis.

Under the contract, the construction period is scheduled to be completed within five years, followed by an operation and maintenance period of 90 years. Revenue will be generated through collection of land lease premiums, development charges, and fees from end users for services and utilities, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The project is awarded by a domestic entity, and the company clarified that it does not have any interest in MIDC. The order is not a related-party transaction.

Ramky Infrastructure principally operates in two business segments: construction and development. In the development business, the group constructs roads under built-operate-transfer (BOT) modes, industrial parks, special economic zones, and bus terminals.

The company?s consolidated net profit jumped 30.4% to Rs 78 crore on a 6.5% rise in net sales to Rs 488.92 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Ramky Infrastructure announced that a concession agreement has been executed between Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and Maha Integrated Life Sciences City (MILeS) (being a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Ramky Infrastructure) as a developer for the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the upcoming High-Tech Pharmaceutical Park in Dighi Port Industrial Area Mangaon & Roha Taluk, Raighad District in the state of Maharashtra on PPP Basis.

This project has been awarded for a period of 95 years concession including construction period of 5 years. This Project includes development of an Industrial Park over an area of 1000 hectares in Raigad District of Maharashtra primarily consisting of Industrial Zone, Commercial Zone, Common Amenities, Utilities, Open spaces and Roads.

The total project cost is estimated at around Rs 3,000 crore and the company would be able to earn revenue by way of -  a) Land Lease Premium b) Development Charges c) Maintenance income for the Services d) Operation income from the Utilities.

The total contract value is Rs 1,401.84 crore, inclusive of GST and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Revenues. The project has to be completed within 930 days from the appointed date and the O&M period of 4 years from the COD date, which is extendable upon mutual discussion.
