Precision Camshafts has fixed 23 July 2026 as record date for purpose of determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend of Re 1 per equity share of Rs 10 for FY 2026.

Precision Camshafts announced that the 34th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 30 July 2026.

Precision Camshafts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Precision Camshafts declined 75.12% to Rs 10.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 40.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.56% to Rs 201.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 190.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.29% to Rs 51.25 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 54.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 10.69% to Rs 772.88 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 865.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
