Net profit of Paisalo Digital rose 56.04% to Rs 72.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 34.65% to Rs 260.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 193.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 18.53% to Rs 237.21 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 200.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 22.38% to Rs 943.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 771.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Paisalo Digital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The board of Paisalo Digital will meet on 10 May 2026 to consider proposal for issuance of non-convertible debentures through public issue.

Paisalo Digital has strengthened its credit profile by obtaining an additional external credit rating from Brickwork Ratings India for its proposed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The rating agency has assigned a long-term rating of ?BWR AA / Stable? for the Company's proposed Rs 1,500 crore NCD issuance, supplementing the Company's existing rating from Infomerics Analytics and Research.

This dual rating reflects Paisalo's continued commitment to transparency, strong governance standards, and broader investor participation in its debt capital market issuances.
