The global fashion infrastructure platform has entered a Sourcing-as-a-Service (SaaS) contract to provide end-to-end sourcing support leveraging its network across vendor management, compliance, and supply chain execution.

The US retailer operates across urban and rural markets, offering a broad range of everyday essentials, apparel, home products, and seasonal merchandise at value price points, serving a wide consumer base nationwide.

Under the agreement, the engagement, expected to generate sourcing volumes of Rs 450 crore initially, will be executed through PDS? subsidiary GSCL, led by Michael Yee, who joined the platform over the past year to scale US operations and deepen strategic relationships.

The company?s consolidated net profit declined 29.2% to Rs 19.62 crore despite a 1.5% increase in net sales to Rs 3,172.46 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Under this engagement, PDS will provide support through its end-to-end sourcing capabilities, leveraging its global network across vendor management, compliance, and supply chain execution. The customer, a leading value retail chain in the United States with a strong presence across urban and rural markets, offers a wide assortment of everyday essentials including consumables, apparel, home products, and seasonal merchandise at value price points, serving a broad customer base.

The contract is expected to drive sourcing volumes of approximately Rs 450 crore (~$50mn), with potential to scale up gradually.

The engagement will be executed through PDS subsidiary, GSCL under the leadership of Michael Yee, who will play a key role in driving execution. Having been onboarded onto the PDS platform over the past year, Michael Yee, through GSCL, is leading PDS' efforts to scale its US business, with a focus on deepening customer engagement and strengthening PDS' strategic inroads into the US market. The onboarding of this contract represents a meaningful step in that direction, aligned with the Group's strategy of strengthening its presence in key markets through on-ground leadership and execution capabilities.

PDS has allotted 63,750 equity shares under ESOP on 10 February 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 28,28,84,266 comprising of 14,14,42,133 equity shares divided into face value of Rs 2 each.

Net profit of PDS declined 29.20% to Rs 19.62 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 27.71 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 1.52% to Rs 3172.46 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 3124.88 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
