Onelife Capital Advisors has revised the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 29 May 2026. The meeting will now be held on 30 May 2026.

Onelife Capital Advisors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.01 per equity Share (i.e. 0.1%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Onelife Capital Advisors rose 224.13% to Rs 12.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 217.07% to Rs 3.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 5.36 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 5.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 19.24% to Rs 9.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
