The scrip was listed at Rs 214, up 2.88% over the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock was currently locked at lower limit of 5% over its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 218 and a low of Rs 203.30. About 2.88 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

On Door Concepts' IPO was subscribed 5.25 times. The issue opened for bidding on 23 October 2023 and it closed on 27 October 2023. The price of the IPO was fixed at Rs 208 per share.

The IPO comprised fresh issue of 14,98,800 shares. The promoter and promoter shareholding diluted to 38.14% from 51.92% pre-IPO.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds to meet augmenting additional working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

On Door Concept is a fast-upcoming regional omni-channel retailer of groceries and household essentials. The company offers the convenience of both the colony stores as well as hyperlocal home delivery through online orders. On and average, it stores are in the format of colony convenience stores ranging from a size of 200 sq. ft. to 3500 sq. ft. As of 31 March 2023, the company operates 55 stores in the cities of Madhya Pradesh. Out of 55 stores, the company owned and company operated (COCO) stores are 17 and the rest are operated through franchisee model. As on 31 August 2023, the company has currently 123 employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 70.25 crore and net profit of Rs 0.55 crore for the period as on 31 August 2023.
