OBSC Perfection will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 May 2026.

The order covers the manufacturing and supply of machined parts for automobiles, with an estimated program life cycle of seven years. Production is scheduled to begin between November 2028 and June 2029.

The company?s standalone net profit surged 78.4% to Rs 7.85 crore on a 70.5% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 59.38 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Net profit of OBSC Perfection rose 78.41% to Rs 7.85 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 4.40 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 70.49% to Rs 59.38 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 34.83 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
