Under the terms of the agreement, Kammavari Sangham shall provide hospital facility to Narayana Hrudayalaya in the Bengaluru South region on a long-term basis.

The company would run and operate the said hospital as per the terms of the agreement.

The scrip had gained 0.76% to end at Rs 1677.90 on the BSE on Friday.

Kammavari Sangham, a registered Society under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960 to govern the operation, maintenance, overall management of the hospital to be built by M/s. Kammavari Sangham and to provide healthcare services.

The purpose of the agreement is to set-up hospital infrastructure to be run and operated by Narayana Hrudayalaya with capacity of 110 beds in the Bengaluru South region. The Project is expected to commence operations in the FY 2026-27.

The equity subscription by parties will take place in three tranches over a period of time, HCCI will hold 50%, 2070 Health will hold 20% and W health Ventures GP LLC will hold 30% of the shareholding.

The company said that the total investment over a period of next 1 to 2 years is expected to be $10 million.
