Narayana Hrudayalaya announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 14 August 2026.

Narayana Hrudayalaya announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.5 per equity Share (i.e. 45%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Narayana Hrudayalaya rose 13.52% to Rs 223.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 197.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 75.80% to Rs 2593.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1475.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 1.95% to Rs 805.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 790.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 44.01% to Rs 7896.04 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5482.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
