Sales rose 13.75% to Rs 153.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 134.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.52% to Rs 35.20 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 33.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 25.34% to Rs 585.15 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 466.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Moschip Techs. will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 May 2026.

The total cost of the said acquisition is Rs 245.49 crore. The company would pay around 60% of the total consideration in cash that has been generated through internal accruals. The balance 40% would be settled via a share-swap transaction.
