Minda Corporation announced that the 41st Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 21 August 2026.

Minda Corporation has fixed 14 August 2026 as record date for purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend will be paid on or before 18 September 2026.

Minda Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.8 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Minda Corporation rose 139.50% to Rs 124.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 52.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.95% to Rs 1703.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1321.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 41.07% to Rs 360.26 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 255.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 22.33% to Rs 6185.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5056.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
