The scrip was listed at Rs 145, a premium of 339.39% compared with the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock was currently frozen in a lower limit of 5% over its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 145 and a low of Rs 137.75. About 15.64 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

Maxposure's IPO was subscribed 654.32 times. The issue opened for bidding on 15 January 2024 and it closed on 17 January 2024. The price of the IPO was fixed at Rs 31 to Rs 32 per share.

The IPO comprised fresh issue of 61,40,000 shares. The promoter and promoter shareholding diluted to 84.35% from 61.58% pre-IPO.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for funding of expenses proposed to be incurred towards obtaining various certifications from the federal aviation administration (FAA) and the European union aviation safety agency (EASA) for wireless streaming server (AEROHUB) and patented inviseo tray table, funding working capital requirements of the company for manufacturing the proposed products and the working capital requirements of the company in the ordinary course of business, Prepayment or repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company and general corporate purposes.

Ahead of the IPO, Maxposure on 12 January 2024, raised Rs 5.61 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 17 lakh shares at Rs 33 per share to 4 anchor investor.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 20.16 crore and net profit of Rs 3.70 crore for the period as on 30 September 2023.
