The IPO included a fresh issue of 7,00,000 shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 5.62 crore by existing shareholders. The company plans to use the net proceeds for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

Master Components is involved in manufacturing and sub-assembling high-quality plastic engineered goods, primarily through injection molding techniques. As of 31 March 2023, the company had 31 employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 20.70 crore and net profit of Rs 1.70 crore for the period as on 31 March 2023.
