Net profit of Marathon Nextgen Realty declined 36.32% to Rs 50.14 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 78.74 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales declined 24.43% to Rs 210.41 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 278.43 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.
