For the full year,net profit declined 47.69% to Rs 30.04 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 57.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.85% to Rs 539.61 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 486.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Mallcom (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Mallcom (India) declined 80.51% to Rs 5.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 30.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
