The company's consolidated net profit declined 57.52% to Rs 102.83 crore on a 9.17% decrease in revenue from operations to Rs 1,280.11 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.

Maharashtra Seamless announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Maharashtra Seamless declined 57.52% to Rs 102.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 242.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 9.71% to Rs 1280.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1417.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 9.80% to Rs 701.27 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 777.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 11.28% to Rs 4674.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5268.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
