Provigil Surveillance , the wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Western Railway, Jaipur Division (JP Division), for provision of CCTV surveillance system at various sites across the Division.

The contract is valued at Rs 3.74 crore. The scope of work includes deployment of an advanced surveillance infrastructure equipped with Face Recognition System (FRS) and Video Analytics, aimed at enhancing security and enabling automated monitoring of railway premises.

This order builds upon the Company's earlier surveillance-related LoAs aggregating approximately Rs 165 crores, including around Rs 133 crores from the Indian Railways, and Rs 32 crores from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), for the deployment of AI-based video surveillance systems across railway networks and national highways. These projects encompass advanced video analytics such as vehicle counting and classification on national highways, alongside the deployment of high-definition monitoring and Face Recognition Systems within railway premises. By providing enhanced security, operational oversight, and real-time visibility, these initiatives promote a robust AI-enabled surveillance infrastructure.

The contract, valued at Rs 2.25 crore, involves the deployment of a real-time, AI-enabled CCTV live-streaming and analytics solution for monitoring IRCTC-authorized kitchen units through a centralized portal.

The project is aimed at enhancing hygiene compliance, governance, transparency, and proactive detection of operational irregularities in catering operations.

The company's consolidated net profit rose 14.43% to Rs 27.83 crore on a 4.54% increase in revenue to Rs 164.44 crore in Q2 FY26 as compared with Q2 FY25.

The scrip had risen 0.50% to currently trade at Rs 26.26 on the BSE.

Magellanic Cloud Ltd fell 2.6% today to trade at Rs 27.4. The BSE Information Technology index is down 0.37% to quote at 36979.57. The index is up 4.42 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Silver Touch Technologies Ltd decreased 1.46% and Cigniti Technologies Ltd lost 1.23% on the day. The BSE Information Technology index went down 18.56 % over last one year compared to the 4.01% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Magellanic Cloud Ltd has lost 56.03% over last one month compared to 4.42% gain in BSE Information Technology index and 0.55% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 47256 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 63.81 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 105.26 on 17 Jul 2025. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 23.15 on 04 Dec 2025.
