The board approved an additional investment of $250,000 in its Turkey-based joint venture, Silka Linc Kirtasiye Urunleri Sanayi Anonim Sirketi. The partner will invest a similar amount, with no change in shareholding.

Separately, the company will invest Rs 60.58 crore to build infrastructure for a new manufacturing unit near its existing Kolkata facility. The capacity is expected to be added by Q3 FY27.

The move builds on an earlier plan announced in May 2024, when Rs 35 crore was approved for the same project to strengthen manufacturing and logistics.

Linc is a well-known writing instrument brands with a national and international presence in over 40 countries. Linc has an exclusive license to distribute and market Uniball products.

On a consolidated basis, Linc's net profit declined 22.36% to Rs 6.77 crore while net sales rose 5.84% to Rs 129.29 crore in Q3 December 2025 over Q3 December 2024.

Linc Ltd gained 6.9% today to trade at Rs 105. The BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods index is up 1.02% to quote at 18947.57. The index is up 12.48 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd increased 3% and KRBL Ltd added 2.81% on the day. The BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods index went down 8.85 % over last one year compared to the 0.77% fall in benchmark SENSEX.

Linc Ltd has added 8.47% over last one month compared to 12.48% gain in BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods index and 8.64% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 1 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 1543 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 160.15 on 26 May 2025. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 85 on 30 Mar 2026.

Net profit of Linc declined 22.36% to Rs 6.77 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 8.72 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 5.84% to Rs 129.29 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 122.16 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
