Net profit of Kolte Patil Developers rose 335.87% to Rs 116.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against Rs 26.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022. Sales rose 111.91% to Rs 796.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against Rs 376.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022.

For the full year,net profit rose 29.01% to Rs 102.45 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 79.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2022. Sales rose 33.20% to Rs 1488.43 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 1117.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2022.
