AIA Engineering Ltd corrected 4.03% to Rs 4797.45. The stock was the fifth biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 5617 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 13896 shares in the past one month.

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has allotted 5,000 equity shares under ESOS on 22 June 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 12,99,26,380 comprising of 6,49,63,190 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company (KPCL) has acquired balance 44.74% stake from the existing promoter shareholder of Systems and Components (India) (subsidiary company) on 04 May 2026 pursuant to the Share Purchase and Share Holders' Agreement (SPSHA). As a result, the subsidiary company has become wholly owned subsidiary of KPCL with effect from 04 May 2026.
