Kirloskar Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2023, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 11 per equity Share (i.e. 110%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations jumped 52% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1574.79 crore in Q4 March 2023.

Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 164.58 crore in Q4 FY23, down 10.35% QoQ and up 108% YoY.

Total expenses rose 46.47% YoY to Rs 1427.51 crore in quarter ended 31 March 2023. Cost of materials consumed was at Rs 877.7 crore (up 38.55% YoY) and employee expense was Rs 92.71 crore (up 99.72%) during the quarter.

Net cash flow from operating activities at Rs 760.49 crore as on 31 March 2023 compared with Rs 316.60 crore as on 31 March 2022.

The board recommended a dividend of Rs 11 per share for FY23.

Kirloskar Industries (KIL) is engaged in the business of wind power generation, investments (securities and properties) and real estate activities. The company has windmills in Maharashtra.

Sales rose 51.81% to Rs 1574.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against Rs 1037.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022.

For the full year,net profit rose 15.86% to Rs 224.31 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 193.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2022. Sales rose 70.94% to Rs 6466.02 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 3782.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2022.
