The project, powered by Kellton's proprietary Optima Digital Oilfield Platform, was formally launched under the leadership of Oil India chairman and managing director Dr. Ranjit Rath. Kellton said it had secured the implementation contract, valued at around $2.5 million, in December 2024.

According to the company, the initiative brings real-time monitoring capabilities to 77 production wells spread across 46 well sites. The deployment was completed within six months and includes 482 field devices, comprising 390 wireless and wired sensors and gauges, secure telemetry gateways, and solar-powered infrastructure.

Kellton said the platform creates a digital foundation for advanced oilfield operations, supporting capabilities such as AI-driven production analytics, predictive maintenance, workflow automation, integrated asset lifecycle management, and digital twin environments.

The solution combines field instrumentation from Emerson and cloud infrastructure from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as part of the broader technology stack supporting the Optima platform.

Oil India said the deployment has improved visibility across field operations, enabling more informed decision-making, greater operational efficiency, and enhanced performance transparency. The company added that the platform provides a scalable framework to support future optimization and innovation initiatives.

Ramana Palisetti, global director of energy business unit at Kellton, said the platform is designed to help upstream oil and gas operators integrate field data, monitor assets in real time, automate workflows, and generate predictive production insights through AI-based analytics.

Kellton said its Optima platform, built on cloud-native architecture with industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and edge intelligence capabilities, has been deployed across energy companies in India, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Iraq, Peru, Ecuador, and other markets.

Net profit of Kellton Tech Solutions rose 1.67% to Rs 19.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.63% to Rs 313.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 286.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 14.98% to Rs 91.66 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 79.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.85% to Rs 1216.94 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1097.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Kellton Tech Solutions will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2026.

The company said the platform helps businesses convert unstructured data into AI-ready intelligence at scale.

Structi.ai is designed to process documents, images, audio files and other fragmented enterprise content. The company said traditional systems often struggle to process such data effectively.

The platform combines generative AI, agentic AI, metadata enrichment and decision orchestration capabilities. It converts raw enterprise data into structured and contextual intelligence for automation, workflows and real-time decision-making.

According to Kellton, Structi.ai currently processes more than 10 million data assets daily. It supports over 50 data formats. The company said the platform delivers turnaround times of under two seconds with an internal benchmark accuracy rate of 99.9%.

The platform operates through multiple layers including intelligent ingestion, AI-led extraction and analysis, metadata mapping and data quality validation.

Kellton said the platform also uses AI-augmented domain validation capabilities. These apply industry-specific rules and contextual analysis to improve data quality before integration into downstream systems.

The company said the platform is relevant for sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare and manufacturing.

Structi.ai was initially developed as an internal enterprise AI accelerator. It has now been commercialised as a scalable enterprise platform.

Pavan Yerra, chief data and AI officer at Kellton Tech Solutions, said the platform is aimed at helping enterprises make unstructured data accessible for AI systems and business workflows.

The company said future enhancements will focus on conversational intelligence capabilities. These features will allow users to access enterprise insights through natural language interactions.
