The company has entered into an agreement with Juniper Hospitality Assets (JHAPL), and its seller shareholders, Arun Kumar Saraf and Varun Saraf, for the proposed transaction.

The company will develop a five- Star hotel on land parcel measuring approximately 2.524 acres in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi, having emerged as the successful bidder for the licence rights to the site.

The said transaction is a related party due to common promoters. Arun Kumar Saraf is a promoter of Juniper Hotels. Varun Saraf, son of Arun Kumar Saraf, belongs to the promoter group of Juniper Hotels.

Juniper Hotels (JHL) is engaged in the development and ownership of luxury hotels. It is the largest owner of Hyatt affiliated hotels in India. The company is a strategic partnership between the Saraf group, a seasoned hotel developer with over four decades of expertise, and Hyatt, a premier international hospitality player.

The company?s consolidated net pofit declined 8.33% to Rs 50.37 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 54.95 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations jumped 8.62% YoY to Rs 301.48 crore in Q4 FY26.

The board of Juniper Hotels at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, has approved the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Juniper Hospitality Assets (JHAPL) from its existing shareholders. Consequent upon the above approval, the company shall enter into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with JHAPL and its existing shareholders to give effect to the acquisition. Upon completion of the acquisition of the Sale Shares, JHAPL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Net profit of Juniper Hotels declined 8.32% to Rs 50.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 54.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.62% to Rs 301.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 277.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 98.64% to Rs 141.61 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 71.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.95% to Rs 1047.68 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 944.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Net profit of Juniper Hotels declined 7.53% to Rs 50.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 54.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.64% to Rs 267.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 244.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 83.00% to Rs 146.91 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 80.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 12.04% to Rs 916.47 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 818.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
