Sales rose 7.29% to Rs 262.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 245.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 2.45% to Rs 210.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 215.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.37% to Rs 996.57 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 827.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Jindal Drilling & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
