Under the agreement, IWL will supply its 3.3 MW and 4X MW wind turbine generators for renewable energy projects being developed by Inox Clean across India.

The MoU is aligned with the INOXGFL Group?s recently launched ?One Integrated? renewable energy strategy, which aims to build a fully integrated renewable energy ecosystem spanning manufacturing, EPC, independent power production (IPP) and operations & maintenance (O&M) services.

Inox Clean, the Group?s renewable energy IPP and solar cell and module manufacturing platform, currently has an operational renewable energy portfolio of around 3.5 GW and plans to add more than 3 GW of capacity annually. The company is targeting an operational renewable energy portfolio of 14 GW by FY29.

According to the company, around 20%?30% of Inox Clean?s annual capacity additions are expected to be wind projects, providing long-term order visibility for Inox Wind.

The company's consolidated net profit declined 51.2% to Rs 91.26 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 186.87 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations fell 2.4% year on year to Rs 1,244.24 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

Inox Wind Ltd rose for a third straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 91, up 1.26% on the day as on 12:49 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.34% on the day, quoting at 23934.35. The Sensex is at 76624.33, up 0.47%. Inox Wind Ltd has dropped around 3.96% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty Energy index of which Inox Wind Ltd is a constituent, has dropped around 0.54% in last one month and is currently quoting at 39493.95, up 0.6% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 195.25 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 150.51 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark June futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 91.24, up 1% on the day. Inox Wind Ltd is down 45.43% in last one year as compared to a 3.7% fall in NIFTY and a 10.87% fall in the Nifty Energy index.

The PE of the stock is 28.35 based on TTM earnings ending March 26.

Inox Wind has signed an MoU with Inox Clean Energy (Inox Clean) to supply 1,500 MW of wind turbines.

The MoU is to supply Inox Clean with IWL's advanced 3.3 MW and 4X MW wind turbines for renewable energy projects being developed by Inox Clean across India.

This is in line with the elaborate interplay within INOXGFL Group entities, aiding execution and revenue generation and creating a virtuous cycle of collaboration among Group companies. Large orders from the Group companies will help secure growth and insulate the business from market cycles.

The MoU follows the Group's recently launched transformative 'One Integrated' renewable strategy, aimed at creating a fully integrated renewable energy ecosystem spanning manufacturing, EPC, IPP and O&M services.

The integrated strategy combines the strengths of Inox Clean Energy, Inox Renewable Solutions (IRSL), Inox Green Energy Services and Inox Wind to create a scalable renewable energy powerhouse with enhanced execution capabilities, stronger recurring revenue streams and long-term growth visibility.

As part of this strategy, Inox Clean?the Group's renewable IPP and solar cell & module manufacturing business?is rapidly emerging as one of the leading renewable platforms globally. The company has become one of the fastest renewable energy companies to achieve an operational portfolio of approximately 3.5 GW within the first two years of operations and plans to add over 3 GW of renewable capacity annually going forward. Inox Clean is targeting an operational renewable portfolio of 14 GW by FY29. Approximately 20%-30% of these annual additions are expected to be wind, translating into multi-year recurring order visibility for Inox Wind and creating a strong foundation for sustained growth.
