Ideaforge Technology has allotted 7,026 equity shares under ESOS on 16 February 2026. Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.43,26,81,460/- comprising of 4,32,68,146 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs.43,27,51,720/- comprising of 4,32,75,172 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid- up.

Despite the wider loss, the company?s revenue from operations increased 79.15% year on year (YoY) to Rs 31.55 crore during the quarter.

The company posted a pre-tax loss of Rs 35.93 crore in Q3 FY26, as against a pre-tax loss of Rs 20.28 crore in Q3 FY25.

Ideaforge reported a negative EBITDA of Rs 23.91 crore in Q3 FY26, declining from a negative EBITDA of Rs 12.58 crore in Q3 FY25. The EBITDA margin also reduced to - 75.8% in Q2 FY26 from -71.4% a year ago.

As of 31st December 2025, the company?s order book stood at Rs 440 crore.

Net Loss of Ideaforge Technology reported to Rs 33.85 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net loss of Rs 24.02 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 79.16% to Rs 31.55 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 17.61 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
