Net profit of Gujarat Ambuja Exports rose 324.20% to Rs 135.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 31.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.78% to Rs 1466.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1266.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 22.04% to Rs 304.28 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 249.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 24.20% to Rs 5728.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4612.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Gujarat Ambuja Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Gujarat Ambuja Exports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 May 2026.

The company said production at the new unit began on Saturday, 28 March 2026.

Following the commissioning of the facility, the company?s total installed capacity for maltodextrin at its Hubli plant has increased sharply from 7,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 23,000 MTPA, more than tripling its output capability.

Maltodextrin is a key ingredient widely used across food processing, pharmaceuticals and industrial applications.

Shares of Gujarat Ambuja Exports rose 1.86% to settle at Rs 134 on 27 March 2026.

Gujarat Ambuja Exports is a diversified agro-processing player transforming maize, oilseeds and cotton into value-added products like starch derivatives, edible oils and yarn for industrial use.

On a consolidated basis, Gujarat Ambuja Exports' net profit declined 7.66% to Rs 65.92 crore while net sales rose 31.24% to Rs 1484.17 crore in Q3 December 2025 over Q3 December 2024.
