Greaves Cotton has fixed 28 July 2026 as record date for determining the members eligible to receive dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year ended on 31 March 2026.

Greaves Cotton has approved a further investment of approximately Rs. 50 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Greaves Finance, by way of subscription to the equity shares offered on a rights basis.
