Sales rose 11.41% to Rs 2852.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2560.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Graphite India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 7 per equity Share (i.e. 350%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
