Net profit of Goldiam International rose 61.38% to Rs 37.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 23.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.14% to Rs 234.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 198.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 45.77% to Rs 170.59 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 117.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 25.08% to Rs 976.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 780.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

The board of Goldiam International at its meeting held on 27 May 2026 has approved issuance of bonus shares in ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs. 2/- each for every 3 (Three) fully paid-up equity share of Re. 2/- each held by the shareholders of the company as on the Record Date (to be informed later), subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

Goldiam International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2026.

The order pertains to export of lab-grown diamond jewellery and is scheduled to be executed on or before 30 August 2026, the company said.

The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.

Goldiam International is an integrated manufacturer and exporter of fine diamond jewellery, supplying leading retailers and wholesalers primarily in the US. The company recently made a foray into India retail for lab grown diamond jewellery under the brand name ORIGEM.

On a consolidated basis, the company's net profit stood at Rs 68.4 crore in Q3 FY26, up 37% YoY from Rs 49.8 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue increased 18% YoY to Rs 339.7 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 288 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The counter slipped 3.41% to Rs 420.95 on the BSE.
