Geecee Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2023, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Geecee Ventures reported to Rs 11.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against net profit of Rs 1.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022. Sales declined 38.93% to Rs 4.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against Rs 7.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022.

For the full year,net profit declined 39.90% to Rs 11.63 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 19.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2022. Sales declined 58.21% to Rs 40.05 crore in the year ended March 2023 as against Rs 95.83 crore during the previous year ended March 2022.
