Garuda Construction & Engg. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 February 2025, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.025 per equity Share (i.e. 0.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Garuda Construction and Engineering declined 7.01% to Rs 12.87 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against Rs 13.84 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2023. Sales rose 8.21% to Rs 62.22 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against Rs 57.50 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2023.

Net profit of Garuda Construction and Engineering declined 7.01% to Rs 12.87 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against Rs 13.84 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2023. Sales rose 8.21% to Rs 62.22 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against Rs 57.50 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2023.

The company would build an International Convention Centre – spread over 24 lakh square feet, with a seating capacity of 5000. Located near Ramgadh Jheel Champadevi Park, the project will also offer the development of adjacent land parcels for commercial and residential use.
This project would contribute to the company's robust order book of Rs 2,830 crore.
