GVP Infotech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 June 2026.

GVP Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.2 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net Loss of GVP Infotech reported to Rs 2.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 2.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 71.71% to Rs 0.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 91.26 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 2.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 13.88% to Rs 6.48 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
