Mohit Rathod, the whole-time director, said: ?Flair continues to strengthen its presence as one of India?s most recognized & trusted consumer brands, which is expanding its Creative and Steel Bottles & Houseware division.

Both the divisions are gaining strong demand momentum for their products from large format stores. These orders are to be completed in 90 days and are expected to support margin-accretive growth.

In FY26, both the divisions grew by 78% per annum, contributing approximately 31% of the company?s total revenue. With both divisions witnessing strong momentum and accelerated growth, we expect their combined contribution to increase to approximately 38%?40% of overall revenue in FY27.

In FY26, the company sold 145 million mechanical pencils and has commenced manufacturing wooden pencils at its Surat facility under the Creative division.

The company?s consolidated net profit rose 16.15% to Rs 35.82 crore on a 8.35% increase in revenue to Rs 322.95 crore in Q4 FY26 as compared with Q4 FY25.

Flair Writing Industries has secured fresh orders worth Rs 20 crore from large format stores in its Creative and Steel Bottles & Houseware division. These orders are to be executed in the next 90 days.

Flair Writing Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Flair Writing Industries rose 16.15% to Rs 35.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 30.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.35% to Rs 322.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 298.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 16.90% to Rs 139.79 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 119.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.77% to Rs 1250.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1079.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
