Elgi Equipments announced that ELGI Compressors USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has divested its stake in PLA Holding Company, LLC along with its subsidiary, Pattons of California, LLC.

The BSE Capital Goods index went up 12.67 % over last one year compared to the 8.72% fall in benchmark SENSEX.
