EIH Associated Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.5 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of EIH Associated Hotels declined 18.69% to Rs 37.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 9.09% to Rs 127.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 139.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.10% to Rs 87.17 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 91.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 6.00% to Rs 383.73 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 408.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
