The initial public offer (IPO) of Docmode Health Technologies received bids for 20,17,600 shares as against 8,49,600 shares on offer, as per NSE data as of 16:48 hours on Thursday, (25 January 2024). The issue was subscribed 2.37 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Thursday (25 January 2024) and it will close on Tuesday, (30 January 2024). The price of the IPO is fixed at Rs 79 per share. The minimum order quantity is 1,600 equity shares. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE EMERGE).
