The company has reported a 49.8% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 71.34 crore on a 43.1% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 221.49 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared with Q3 FY25.

Shares of Deep Industries rose 1.57% to close at Rs 445.90 on the BSE.

Deep Industries has received a letter of award from Oil & Natural Gas Corpn for hiring of services of natural gas compressor, gas dehydration & HC dew point depression for Malleswaram of ONGC, Rajamundry asset for a period of three years. The total estimated value of the said award is approximately Rs 59 crore.

The order, valued at approximately Rs 148 crore, is slated for execution over four years. The contract is fully domestic, with no involvement from the company?s promoters or group entities, and does not fall under related party transactions.

This project reinforces Deep Industries? footprint in the upstream oil and gas sector, strengthening its drilling operations capabilities in India?s northeast region.

Net profit of Deep Industries rose 56.07% to Rs 68.06 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 43.61 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 43.06% to Rs 221.50 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 154.83 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
