Deep Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net Loss of Deep Industries reported to Rs 49.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 208.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
