Cupid Ltd tumbled 19.99% to Rs 419.95 at 14:31 IST.The stock was the biggest loser in the BSE's 'B' group.On the BSE, 39.48 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.97 lakh shares in the past one month.

Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd lost 19.99% to Rs 55.14. The stock was the second biggest loser in 'B' group.On the BSE, 68.32 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 7.75 lakh shares in the past one month.

Vivimed Labs Ltd crashed 9.97% to Rs 15.08. The stock was the third biggest loser in 'B' group.On the BSE, 3516 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 10126 shares in the past one month.

Kiri Industries Ltd dropped 9.86% to Rs 617.1. The stock was the fourth biggest loser in 'B' group.On the BSE, 14.83 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.26 lakh shares in the past one month.

SRG Housing Finance Ltd slipped 7.54% to Rs 282. The stock was the fifth biggest loser in 'B' group.On the BSE, 104 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 348 shares in the past one month.

On 29 December 2025, the company said it received in-principle board approval to set up its first FMCG manufacturing facility outside India in Saudi Arabia. The proposed plant is aimed at supporting Cupid?s FMCG growth strategy, strengthening its presence in overseas markets starting with the GCC region, and improving regional supply, speed to market, and product availability. The project will be funded through internal accruals and will be taken forward after detailed evaluations and regulatory approvals.

Earlier, on 23 December 2025, Cupid announced that promoter and promoter group pledge on its equity shares had been reduced to 20% from 36.13% as of 30 September 2025, reflecting improved financial strength.

Cupid is a leading Indian manufacturer of condoms and wellness products and has been expanding its FMCG portfolio across personal care, fragrances and health solutions. The company is also scaling up capacity through a land acquisition in Palava, Maharashtra, which will increase annual production by about 770 million male condoms and 75 million female condoms. Cupid exports to over 110 countries and holds WHO and UNFPA pre-qualification for both male and female condoms, with a significant share of revenue coming from international markets.

The company reported strong Q2 FY26 results, with consolidated net profit rising 140.47% year-on-year to Rs 24.12 crore, while revenue from operations more than doubled, up 103.22% YoY to Rs 84.44 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2025.

In an exchange filing, the company said the proposed plant will be its first manufacturing facility outside India, marking a key milestone in its international expansion journey.

The new facility is aimed at supporting Cupid?s FMCG growth strategy and strengthening its presence in overseas markets, starting with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The plant is expected to enhance regional supply capabilities, improve speed to market, and ensure better product availability across KSA and other GCC countries.

The project is proposed to be funded through the company?s internal accruals and will be taken forward after completing detailed evaluations and obtaining necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.

Cupid said that establishing a manufacturing base closer to key international markets will help deepen its global FMCG footprint and improve service efficiency across the region.
