Crest Ventures announced that the 44th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 22 August 2026.

Crest Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Crest Ventures rose 8.02% to Rs 8.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 32.76% to Rs 31.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 47.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 47.09% to Rs 46.83 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 88.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 22.10% to Rs 159.14 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 204.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
