Centrum Capital has completed the sale of its entire stake in Centrum Housing Finance (CHFL) on 18 March 2026. With this, CHFL has ceased to be subsidiary of the company.

Net Loss of Centrum Capital reported to Rs 97.24 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net loss of Rs 52.28 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 4.67% to Rs 815.77 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 779.35 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
