The order is for providing manpower services under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) ? Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) vertical in the state.

The contract, awarded by a domestic government entity, is for a period of three years and is valued at Rs 67.04 crore.

Under the mandate, Ceinsys Tech will serve as the selected manpower agency for the implementation of the PMAY (Urban)?BLC vertical across Madhya Pradesh.

The company said neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding authority. It also clarified that the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction, and therefore the question of arm's-length pricing does not arise.

Ceinsys Tech is primarily dealing in providing enterprise geospatial & engineering services and the sale of software and power generation. The company?s consolidated net profit zoomed 70% to Rs 37.17 crore on a 19.9% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 170.71 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.

The board of  Ceinsys Tech at its meeting held on 06 July 2026 has approved the formation of a joint venture company with AI Fabrik, Inc, USA, for exploring business opportunities in relation to projects for creation of sovereign AI infrastructure and services platform in India to secure AI NEO cloud in India for Indian government, citizen services, companies, cybersecurity and defence use cases and all other activities that may be decided to be pursued.

The board also approved initial investment of Rs 25 crore by the company in the proposed JV company in a phased manner.

The orders include the supply of NVME drives; AI-powered building and road extraction, encroachment and asset monitoring solutions processed on the BRYCK AI platform, and enterprise geospatial imagery repository and AI feature extraction services.

The company said the orders stem from a recently signed teaming agreement with T Second India, aimed at exploring opportunities in hardware supply, AI/ML solutions and strategic technology initiatives. The contracts are scheduled to be executed by 30 June 2026.

Net profit of Ceinsys Tech rose 69.96% to Rs 37.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.89% to Rs 170.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 142.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 110.97% to Rs 133.42 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 58.04% to Rs 660.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 418.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
